Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in booking a creative session/event at Authenticality Co.!

All creative sessions & event bookings are subject to the following terms:

All sessions will begin at the scheduled time - late arrivals will be honored, though arriving late will shorten the time remaining in the session.

All no call, no shows will result in the forfeiture of the session and all monies paid. We are unable to provide a refund or reschedule for no call, no shows. 

Unable to show up for your scheduled session? Let us know prior to the start of the session and we'll provide the option for 1 reschedule date or we'll issue an Authenticality Co. gift card for the purchase amount.

We do not offer refunds for creative session/event bookings.
